Mike Rolls

Mike was formerly head of the Development Management Team at Prudential Property Investment Management where he was involved in the instigation, planning and development of a number of high profile, locally prestigious developments in the UK such as Green Park Business Park, Reading and Oxford Science Park. Also retains directorship of Horstonbridge Ltd which specialises in strategic development and project management. Mike is employed as an executive director by Buckland Development Limited.

Specialist Area: JV negotiations, master-planning, funding, knowledge and experience of working with local forums, planning authorities and other “interested” parties, advising on investment strategies, leasing and property portfolio management.
